| Bell 47 |
| The Bell 47 was a pioneer when helicopters were
approved for commercial use in Canada. The machine
shown here, CF - FZX, was originally used as a
crop-spraying machine in the orchards of British
Columbia. Later it served in a variety of roles,
including timber-hauling in BC's interior. It has
been fully restored and now resides in the BC
Aviation Museum. |
